Is-sinjal għal BANDLI isir biż-żewġ idejn li jieħdu l-forma ta’ ponn bil-pala ta’ id tħares lejn l-oħra. Id-dahar jintlewa ftit u l-ispallel jistiraw. Id-dirgħajn jintlwew mill-minkeb u l-idejn jitbandlu ’l quddiem u ’l fuq imbagħad lura fuq il-livell tal-ispalla. Il-ġisem mill-qadd ’il fuq jitbandal bl-istess ritmu. The sign for SWING PARK is made with both hands in a fist shape with the palms facing each other. The back is slightly curved and the shoulders tense. The arms are bent at the elbow and the hands swing forwards and upwards and then backwards at shoulder level. The body waist up swings together rhythmically. This resembles the movement of someone on a swing.
